With more than 30 years of leadership experience in education, healthcare staffing, client services, and business operations, Tandrie has built her career around helping people navigate life’s most important moments with compassion, professionalism, and genuine human connection. Her belief that care should be both exceptional and deeply personal inspired her to create a company that feels warm, refined, and intentionally different from traditional agencies.
